Generate possible focus areas for the full plan
Request suggestions while viewing the current plan so the output can respond to the work already recorded instead of starting from an empty, generic prompt.
Use available client context and the current improvement plan to generate possible focus areas or strategies, then review, edit, select, or dismiss each suggestion before it enters the plan.
What it helps you do
Smart Recommendations can produce several possible focus areas for the plan or strategies for one selected focus area. The provider sees the suggestions first and chooses whether any of them are accurate, useful, and appropriate for the current client.
Request suggestions while viewing the current plan so the output can respond to the work already recorded instead of starting from an empty, generic prompt.
Open a specific focus area and ask for possible approaches tied to that topic, keeping the recommendation close to the part of the plan it would affect.
The feature can use supported client information available to the provider, including the current plan and other relevant context, while accepting that records may be incomplete or out of date.
Suggestions appear as separate selectable cards. Nothing enters the plan until the provider chooses an item, and an unhelpful option can be ignored without changing the client record.
Generated recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Providers can change the selected text and are responsible for checking it against the client conversation and professional judgment.
Adding a recommendation creates plan content for provider review; it does not approve assignments, make them available to the client, or replace the separate plan approval workflow.
