Activity & homework library

Turn a care goal into
something a client can practice.

Choose from 14 structured activity types, preview the client experience, tailor the instructions and timing, and request a new activity when the library does not fit the work you need.

What it helps you do

Use between-session work to extend practice, reflection, and measurement beyond the appointment.

The Activity Library covers several kinds of care work, not a stack of interchangeable worksheets. Each assignment can be connected to a plan strategy, adapted for the client, scheduled once or repeatedly, and reviewed through its completion and sharing state.

Choose from 14 activity types

Assign journaling, thought restructuring, AI-supported discussion, visualization, relationship narrative work, quotes exploration, mood and progress tracking, memories and EMDR work, assessments, issue tracking, goals, addiction tracking, breathing, and habit building.

Use different techniques without adding separate tools

Combine reflection, CBT-informed thought work, measurement, behavioral tracking, goal practice, paced breathing, imagery, narrative work, and repeated habit practice inside the same care-plan and review workflow.

Preview what the client will experience

Open an interactive preview for every assignable type before sending it. Check the inputs, steps, completion state, safety notes, and client route while using sample data that is not saved to a client record.

Make the assignment specific to this client

Edit the instructions, purpose, expected response, due date, or recurrence. Use one-time timing or Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly schedules when repeated practice belongs in the plan.

Control when work becomes available

Keep a new activity pending while you review it, approve one item when it is ready, or use Approve & send to release every pending assignment in the plan. Sent and completed remain different states.

Request an activity the library does not have

Send a structured product request describing the audience, care purpose, client experience, activity steps, provider results, safety needs, expected use, and desired timing without including client-identifying information.

Give between-session care more range

Assign the technique the care plan calls for, not the closest worksheet you can find.
