Save the structure that repeats
Open Templates from the plan workspace and save a useful set of focus areas, strategies, and related activity placements as a starting point for future client plans.
Turn a useful improvement-plan structure into a reusable template, load it for the correct client, and edit every focus area, strategy, assignment, instruction, and schedule before approval.
What it helps you do
Templates preserve the parts of an improvement plan that are appropriate to reuse. Each loaded plan remains editable, stays pending until it is reviewed, and can be changed without rewriting the saved starting point.

Use a clear name that helps providers recognize the intended program, care need, or workflow without putting a client name or other identifying information into the template library.
Select the template from the plan workspace, confirm the client, and create an editable plan instance rather than changing or sending the stored template itself.
Change focus areas, strategies, client-facing language, activity instructions, accessibility details, due dates, and recurrence so the loaded structure matches the current client and care direction.
A template does not bypass provider review. Check every assignment, then approve an individual item or use Approve & send only after the full plan is ready for the client.
Update the saved template when your practice finds a better reusable structure. Changes to the template remain separate from the edits already made inside an individual client plan.
