Organize the plan from need to action
Create a focus area for the client priority, add the agreed strategy, and attach the concrete activity that puts the strategy into practice between appointments.
Build a client-specific plan from focus areas to strategies to assigned activities, edit the client view, and control which pending work is approved and sent.
What it helps you do
The Plan Designer shows why each assignment exists. Providers can create or edit the plan, use a saved starting point, review the client-facing language, and change active work when completion, barriers, or new context call for a different approach.
Create a focus area for the client priority, add the agreed strategy, and attach the concrete activity that puts the strategy into practice between appointments.
Review the client view before activation and change titles, descriptions, strategies, and instructions so the plan uses language the client recognizes and a next step they can act on.
Add structured reflection, skills, assessments, tracking, goals, habits, and other activity types directly to the strategy they support instead of managing homework outside the plan.
Use a single due date or Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly recurrence. Edit the instructions or schedule when the agreement changes, subject to the limits on finalized work.
Keep new assignments pending while the plan is being built. Approve an individual item or use Approve & send to make every ready assignment in the plan available to the client.
Review shared responses, progress signals, completed work, overdue items, and declined assignments, then continue, simplify, replace, pause, or stop the strategy with the client.
