4 min readUpdated July 2026

Set a cadence

  • Explain what the client should rate and what the scale means.
  • Choose a repeated schedule that the client can realistically maintain.
  • Keep the same meaning over time so the trend remains interpretable.

Read the trend

Use the dashboard or Client insights to view available entries. Consider timing, missing data, life events, and other measures before drawing conclusions.

Read the score in context

Keep in mind

Review each self-reported mood score alongside timing, life events, care changes, and the client’s perspective.
