6 min readUpdated July 2026

Core widgets

  • Client Overview summarizes available client context for provider review.
  • Progress Tracking charts selected shared signals over an available date range.
  • Outcomes charts administrations of a selected standardized assessment.
  • Client Risk stores generated review signals and can overlay mood or adherence context.
  • Goals, Habits, Journal Insights, Journal Quotes, Visualizations, AI-supported conversation, and Agent widgets appear when relevant information is available.

Widget controls

  • Use Add widget to add a type that is not already present.
  • Drag by the header to reorder.
  • Use the three-dot menu to change type or delete.
  • Use chart selectors, pinned signals, and fullscreen only within the currently selected client.

Missing or unavailable information

A widget can be empty because the client is not connected, has not completed the activity, has not shared the category, or the selected range has no data.

Important

For safety decisions, use direct assessment and the practice’s established emergency procedures alongside risk and insight widgets.
