What clients experience

A provider-facing overview of connection, assignments, sharing, messages, and optional services in Habit of Living.

4 min readUpdated July 2026

Connection and control

  • The client uses Habit of Living to accept or decline a provider connection.
  • The client controls supported sharing settings and can share selected work for review.
  • Provider assignments appear after they are approved and sent.

Activities and communication

  • The client sees assignment instructions, due dates or recurrence, and completion controls.
  • Messages and activity cards can appear in the client conversation when sent through Mail.
  • The client decides whether eligible journal, conversation, or activity content is shared where the product offers that choice.

Optional paid services

When Practice Review is available, the client sees the practice seller, service promise, monthly fee, post-service charge timing, renewal, cancellation, and material limits before authorization. Declining does not reduce otherwise available care or tool access.

Keep in mind

When guiding a client, describe the screen and available choices without asking for passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials.
