Plans & assignments
Review and revise a plan
Use completed work, shared responses, progress signals, and client discussion to keep the plan useful.
Prepare for review
- Open shared or completed assignments that are relevant to the plan.
- Review current progress signals and the timing of any measures.
- Note missing, rejected, or overdue activities without treating a status as the reason by itself.
Review with the client
- Ask what was useful, difficult, unclear, or inaccessible.
- Separate completion from benefit; a completed activity may still need to be changed.
- Agree on whether to continue, simplify, replace, pause, or stop the strategy.
Update the plan
Edit the plan and assignments to reflect the agreed direction, then approve any new pending work. Record important decisions through the organization’s required documentation process.
