Before the first payable claim

• Practice setup, team accounts, provider evidence, client import, and route previews have a $0 platform fee.
• A denial, zero allowed amount, or unconfirmed payment does not activate pricing.
• Clinician and staff accounts are unlimited.

After activation

   Confirm the trigger

   A positive allowed amount or confirmed payment on the first payable claim activates normal pricing immediately.

   Review the usage estimate

   The monthly fee is the greater of $49 or $10 per payable insured care month plus $4 per successful permitted self-pay month and $2 per practice-funded month.

3. 3
   Review release gates

   Automatic collection remains disabled until the exact legal, security, and payment-configuration gates are approved.

Commercial boundaries

• There is no setup fee and no first-ten-care-month promotion.
• Denied controlled-beta claims do not create usage fees.
• Habit of Care does not take a percentage of professional-service collections.
